Daryl Hall & John Oates, commonly known as Hall & Oates, were an American pop-rock duo formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1970. Daryl Hall was generally the lead vocalist, while John Oates primarily supplied electric guitar and backing vocals, and occasional lead vocals. The two wrote most of the songs they performed, either separately or in collaboration. They achieved their greatest fame from the mid-1970s to the late 1980s through a fusion of rock, soul, and rhythm and blues.

Engstingen is a municipality in the Tübingen administrative district of Baden-Württemberg. It lies on the Swabian Alb, about 15 kilometers south of Reutlingen. It was formed on January 1, 1975, from the formerly independent municipalities of Großengstingen, Kleinengstingen, and Kohlstetten. Engstingen is situated on the northern edge of the Swabian Alb, at an altitude of 680–750 meters, on the Alb plateau near the Alb escarpment in the ancient Lauter Valley, about 15 km south of Reutlingen. Engstingen is a true hidden gem. Tucked away south of Stuttgart, it's like something out of a thrilling spy movie where the beautiful spy always wins in the end. The good news: it's not a secret, but a wonderful novel just waiting to be discovered. Why not take a look? Also located in Kleinengstingen is the beautiful and fascinating Crystal Museum "Gemstones and Minerals." A place like no other. Engstingen also offers great cafés and four supermarkets with unique shopping opportunities. They are all listed below!
